The room access was a complete nightmare. Throughout our stay, the electronic room key consistently failed, leading to us being locked out multiple times. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making a difficult situation worse.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby parks like the Boston Public Garden, just over 2 km away, while also being a short walk from the iconic Freedom Trail, making my city strolls so enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
